Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Field Executive to join our team. The role
involves field-level promotion, demonstration, and sales of our organic products, along with
close interaction with farmers, distributors, and agri-retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit agricultural fields, distributors, and retailers to promote Msaf Bio Organics
products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate farmers on usage and benefits.
• Generate sales leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Collect feedback and market insights to improve product outreach.
• Maintain relationships with local agriculture officers, dealers, and farmer communities.
• Prepare daily reports on visits, farmer interactions, and sales performance.
• Assist in organizing farmer meetings, field days, and exhibitions.
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related fields.
• Prior experience in agri-input sales or fieldwork is required
• Good communication skills in the local language
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Basic knowledge of organic farming practices is desirable.
