As a Cluster Manager at our bio organic fertilizer manufacturing company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales and operations within a designated cluster of districts in Gujarat. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring operational efficiency across all distribution channels.


  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, channel management, or territory management, preferably in the agricultural sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Sound understanding of agricultural practices and the fertilizer industry.
  • Proficiency in Gujarati language is essential; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned cluster.

Minimum Experience

  2. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives and field officers, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive performance.
  3. Identify and assess market opportunities, competitive threats, and customer needs within the cluster, and formulate appropriate strategies to capitalize on them.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders in the cluster.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback, and provide regular reports and insights to management.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
  7. Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews with sales team members to assess progress, provide coaching, and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales and operational activities within the cluster.
