B2B Sales Executive – Agriculture Division

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard potential B2B clients (dealers, distributors, agri firms, etc.)

Promote MSAF’s organic products and educate clients about product benefits and application

Conduct field visits, presentations, product demonstrations, and training programs for clients

Develop strong relations with agricultural institutions, farmer producer organizations (FPOs), and agri co-operatives

Collaborate with field executives and CRM team for smooth order fulfillment and client support

Collect feedback and analyze market demand to suggest product improvements or marketing ideas

Ensure monthly sales targets and business growth goals are met

Maintain and update sales pipeline, client database, and activity reports regularly

المتطلبات

متطلبات:
درجة البكالوريوس/دبلوم في الزراعة أو إدارة الأعمال الزراعية أو المجالات ذات الصلة

يفضل أن يكون حديث التخرج أو لديه خبرة لمدة عام واحد في المبيعات أو تسويق المدخلات الزراعية أو عمليات B2B

فهم قوي لسوق المدخلات الزراعية وممارسات الزراعة

مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض والعرض

القدرة على السفر بشكل متكرر داخل المنطقة المخصصة

المعرفة الأساسية بأدوات إدارة علاقات العملاء و MS Office (Excel و Word و PowerPoint)
